NSUA Locations & Hours

Northwest Suburban Urology Associates, S.C. has been serving patients in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for over 25 years. Patients may schedule their appointments at any of our convenient office locations by calling 847.593.0404. Early morning, mid-day, afternoon and evening appointments are available.

Each office is located on or near the campus of one of our affiliated hospitals. All of our facilities are modern and hygienic, comfortable and patient-friendly. Additionally, all of our offices are wheelchair accessible.

Our Elk Grove Village office is located on the campus of Alexian Brothers Medical Center in the Wimmer Medical Plaza. When approaching the hospital from Biesterfield Rd., enter the hospital complex by turning north on Leicester Rd. and then left into the hospital driveway. Parking is available in the hospital’s east parking garage on the right side of the driveway or in the surface lot on the left side of the driveway. The building entrance is accessible from both parking areas. Complimentary valet parking, patient drop-off, and wheelchairs are also available at the building entrance.

Our Hoffman Estates office is located on the campus of St. Alexius Medical Center in the Doctors’ Building Three. When approaching the hospital from Barrington Rd., enter the hospital complex at the traffic signal by turning east into the hospital driveway. Parking is available on the garage deck on the west side of the building. The building entrance is adjacent to the parking area. Complimentary valet parking, patient drop-off, and wheelchairs are also available at the building entrance.

Our Arlington Heights office is located on the campus of Northwest Community Hospital in the Busse Center for Specialty Medicine. When approaching the hospital from Central Rd., enter the hospital complex at the west entrance traffic signal near the Emergency Room and turn north into the hospital driveway. Parking is available in the parking garage on the right side of the driveway just past the emergency room. The building entrance is adjacent to the parking area. For easiest access, park on Level 3 of the garage and enter the building directly on that level. Patient drop-off is also available at the ground level main entrance to the building.
